    No prior experience needed.

    What is Kids Fencing?
    Our First Blades class introduces young athletes to the exciting world of fencing in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. These young athletes learn basic footwork, blade work, and fencing etiquette through games and drills that keep them engaged and active. Perfect for building focus, discipline, and motor skills.

    Why Start Young?
    Most children begin fencing between the ages of 6 and 10, and starting early helps them develop strong fundamentals, quick reflexes, and strategic thinking from the ground up. Early exposure also builds coordination, focus, and discipline — skills that benefit them both on and off the strip.

    How It Works:

    • Format: Fun, structured lessons designed for younger attention spans.

    • Focus: Safety, skill-building, and fostering a love for the sport.

    • Equipment: Loaner gear provided for beginners.

    • Progression: Kids can advance into our youth and competitive programs as their skills grow.

  • Ages 10+ | Beginner to Early Intermediate

    his class is ideal for older beginners and those with some fencing exposure. Athletes learn fundamental techniques, strategy, and rules of the sport while improving agility, timing, and coordination. With our rolling 12-week structure, fencers can join anytime and start building their skills right away.

  • Ages 10+ | Intermediate to Competitive

    For fencers with experience, the Advanced class focuses on tactical development, bout strategy, and preparation for local and regional competitions. Athletes receive personalized feedback and are challenged to sharpen their decision-making, speed, and technical precision.

    Our customized corporate and group events offer a fun, interactive way to promote communication, focus, and collaboration in a dynamic setting.

Pricing

Unlimited Membership - $199/month

Train on your schedule! This plan gives you access to as many classes as you want (excluding the Competitive Skills Lab). Come often, get sweaty, get awesome!

Competitive Team 3-Month Add-On - $599 (or $209/month)

Train like a champion with this high-performance boost for fencers chasing success at local and regional tournaments. It includes:

  • 12 weekly 40-minute private lessons over 12 weeks

  • Access to the Competitive Skills Lab classes, focused on competitive training and preparation for local and regional events.

  • 1 EFC home tournament entry per season

  • Strip coaching at one designated local or regional event per season

  • A movement screen + personalized mini strength plan by Jenn Tirillo, PT

  • Exclusive EFC Swag: T-shirt, socks, club patch

  • Requires Unlimited Membership

  • Valued at over $1,100 - all for $599 per season (or $209/month x 3 months with autodraft)

Punch Card - $399 (10 punches)

Ideal for flexible schedules. Use your punches for classes or private lessons at your own pace. It can even be shared within the family!

First Blades Kids Classes- $149/month

For our youngest fencers in First Blade classes only. It includes:

  • Weekly Class (Saturday) in either Foil or Sabre

  • Entry to EFC home tournaments

  • Guided Bouting in your weapon:

    • Sabre: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month

    • Foil: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month
